International Ship Registries Pte Ltd (ISR) has been given the full authority to act as a ship registration and marketing agent on behalf of the Mongolia, Tuvalu, and Kiribati flag. Our services start from assisting ship owners in the registration application process for new vessels, all the way to handling annual renewals for vessels already under the Mongolia, Tuvalu and Kiribati flag. Some of the ship registration services that we provide under the Mongolia, Tuvalu and Kiribati flag are as follows:

In a nutshell, ISR provides a one-stop service for ship registration, ship classification, and radio accounting services. We have 5 offices in Asia Pacific, 1 office in the Middle East, and a global network of agents and representatives around the world.
We have recently been made aware of many cases of fraud. Apparently ship owners who had registered their vessels with either the Mongolia, Tuvalu, or Kiribati flag through some agents in the Middle East had later realised that they had been issued with fraudulent registry and statutory certificates.
We understand from the Flag States that the request for renewal of certificates, or any assistance, will not be entertained if the vessel is found to be carrying fraudulent certificates.
Therefore in the light of such a situation, we strongly urge all ship owners / ship operators / ship managers to verify with the respective Flag States or ISR on the legitimacy of any party claiming to be ship registration agents for Mongolia, Tuvalu, and Kiribati before proceeding with registration. |
